Mossy Bark Shawlette

In Fingering weight yarn, One skein projects, Patterns, Shawls & Shawlettes, Shop sample available by Shannon

The beautiful mossy green of this color speaks so loudly to my color heart that I found it difficult to create something that really did it justice. I finally decided to keep it simple, and worked a bit of stockinette followed by a very simple and organic lace repeat. The resulting shawlette is both feminine and crisp, and makes me think of the gorgeous moss that is all over the place in the Pacific Northwest.
