Brownstone Hat

In Hats, Patterns, Shop sample available, Worsted weight yarn by Shannon

When I first started researching the buildings of Brooklyn, I was intrigued by the interplay of the red brick with the metalwork and windows. Using slipped stitches in a metallic color on a red-brick base just kind of made sense, and the resulting hat is an homage to the architecture of Slipped Stitch Studios, and to the shop itself.
