The Amazing Technicolor Dream Cowl is now available, and it really is an amazing dream to knit, especially if you get your hands on 15 of Knitted Wit‘s sweet little Gumballs of Victory Fingering.

I used her 15-color sets Little Black Dress (Long Loop) and Rainbow Magic (Short Loop) and buttons from Buttonhole Buttons.

This pattern came about as a collaboration with Knitted Wit for the TNNA show in Columbus, Ohio, next weekend. Kits will be available for purchase there, and they are a great way to inspire folks to grab a bunch of these sweet Gumballs.

You can use any fingering-weight yarn, and, if you’re not scared of a bit of math, any number of colors.

A great use for sock yarn extras, eh?

Not that anyone has any of those laying around, or, you know, filling a huge rubbermaid bin. (cough! cough!)
