Let’s knit together this Spring, y’all! Lorajean and crew just rearranged the retail part of the Studio and realized that the walls were chock-full of gorgeous skeins of Fingering, when Claire walked by and asked about a Spring KAL. It felt like a lightbulb moment, people – let’s celebrate Spring and color and fun and friends by knitting together through April and May!
We’re pairing 3 variegated colorways (all sets will be different) in our squishy, fabulous Fingering with perennial Knitted Wit staff favorite pattern, the Spell Shawl. It’s a really meditative pattern, perfect for mixing multiple colorways in fun and unexpected ways. We are casting on April 1st, and we’ll knit our way through April and May, with the goal of being done by May 31st. And, we’ll be bringing our Spell Shawls-in-progress to our Open Studios (more info on those soon), so we can all knit in community! How to take part? We are glad you asked!
Hop on over to the Knitted Wit Etsy site, where you’ll find a listing for the Spring KAL. Choose a color story you’d like them to tell and whether or not you need the pattern, and they’ll choose colors for you and get it all shipped in time for an April 1st cast on. This is no joke, people, we are ready to knit with you all. And, y’all will get a little deal: get the kit for $90 (regularly $96) without pattern, and $97 (regularly $103) with pattern!
