Materials

  • Finished Measurements: Smaller: Longest edge: 81″; increase edge: 48″ width at decrease edge: 29″.Larger: Longest edge: 104″; increase edge: 63″ width at decrease edge: 39″.
  • Yarn: approximately 575 (990) yards total fingering-weight yarn. I used Blue Moon Fiber Arts Super Sparkle in Buffy (cA), Cloud Nine in Bleck (cB), and Yaksi Fingering in Buffy (cC).
  • Needles: US5/3.75mm needle for flat knitting, or size needed to get gauge.
  • Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle.
  • Gauge: 24 sts = 4″/10 cm in stockinette stitch, measured after blocking.
