In Cuff Down, Fingering weight yarn, Patterns, Socks, Toe Up by Shannon

Materials

These teensy weensy socks are the perfect way to decorate your tree (or life)! Each uses less than 8 yards (7 m), and is finished in no time flat. These are fabulous little decorations, designed specifically to fit on A Needle Runs Through It’s new wee sock blocker hangers.

  • Finished Measurements: TEENSY! approximately 2″/5cm in circumference, with a 1.5″/4 cm foot length.
  • Yarn: approximately 8 yds/7 m fingering-weight yarn. I used Knitted Wit Sock, Pixie Plied, and Fingering for all samples shown
  • Needles: US1/2.25 mm needle for small-circumference knitting, or size needed to get gauge.
  • Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers.
  • Gauge: 32 sts & 44 rnds = 4″/10 cm in stockinette stitch in the round, measured after blocking.
