Hello, there!

I’m Shannon Squire, and I think it’s safe to say that I am completely and totally addicted to knitting. I have at least a bazillion projects on the needles at any one time, and am always dreaming up new designs.

I used to co-own a yarn shop in the most amazing city in the universe, Portland, Oregon. Now, I spend my time traveling with my family, chasing after my fabulous wee kiddos, Hazel and Astrid, and enjoying my lovely-yet-fixer-upper-of-a-house. The best feeling in the world, in my estimation, is the act of making, and my non-knitting crafty endeavors (constantly in flux) include sewing, doodling, making jam, and, much to my husband’s dismay, dabbling in fermentation.

I’ve been designing hand-knitting patterns since 2010, and strive for enjoyment in my designs, above all else. I thoroughly enjoy the designing, and I want you to thoroughly enjoy the making.
